3 Common Photovoltaic Brackets for Solar Panels: Types & Uses
2025-05-19
The photovoltaic bracket system consists of pipe piles, columns, diagonal braces, purlins, diagonal beams, and other accessories, which is a specialized bracket that is used to place, install, and fix the solar panel in a solar photovoltaic power generation system.
Today, Bonada mainly introduces three systems of fixed brackets, adjustable brackets and photovoltaic carport brackets in ground photovoltaic bracket systems.

1. Fixed bracket system
- The fixed photovoltaic bracket is a bracket form with fixed inclination of the component, which are mainly applied in large flat ground, fishery-photovoltaic complementary, mountainous area, various types of industrial and commercial, residential projecting usages, large-scale power generation projects and hilly area.
- Fixed bracket is presently one of the most widely used brackets in photovoltaic projects. It is subdivided into mountain, flat land, water surface, double column, single column, large span and inclination land according to the installation method.
2. Adjustable bracket system
- The structural principle of the adjustable photovoltaic bracket controls the transmission shaft via a gear reducer to synchronously drive the fan gear group to adjust the bracket inclination.
- The adjustable bracket has two types which are cast-in-place piles and prefabricated piles. The product types are arc-shaped adjustable bracket system and fixed adjustable bracket system.
3. Photovoltaic carport system
- The main components of the photovoltaic carport bracket are the photovoltaic modules, photovoltaic brackets, inverter, and the charging device system.
- Product advantages: highly pre-installed, versatile, environmentally friendly and energy saving, economical, high return on investment value, highly pre-installed, and also can be equipped with the charging piles.

129kWh BESS Cabinet: Complete Guide to Capacity, Components, Applications and Sizing
One of the first questions homeowners ask when considering solar storage or backup power is: How many batteries to run a whole house? It sounds like a simple question, but the answer is different for every home. A battery system that works well for a small house with basic backup needs may not be enough for a larger property running air conditioning, electric heating, or an EV charger.
How Many Batteries to Run a Whole House? A Practical Home Battery Sizing Guide
A typical 129kWh BESS cabinet contains much more than battery cells. Inside the enclosure, multiple systems work together, including battery modules, Battery Management System (BMS), high-voltage protection units, Energy Management System (EMS), cooling equipment, fire protection devices, and communication components. Each part has a specific role in maintaining safe and stable energy storage operation.
